Hosting

The application, its database and the files uploaded by users are hosted with professional cloud infrastructure providers, some of which are established outside the European Union.

We do not publish the named list of those providers here: a public page is not the place to describe a service's infrastructure, and a list frozen into a marketing page is wrong the day one of them changes. It is provided on request at contact@liteailabs.com, together with the corresponding hosting countries, and it is kept current.

The detail of the processing, the retention periods and the safeguards covering transfers is set out in the privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The SkillLens name, the Lite AI Labs name, the logos, the interface, the texts and the code of the service are protected. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.

The content you upload (course material, questionnaires, competencies, results) remains yours. We acquire no rights over it beyond what is strictly necessary to run the service at your request, and nothing you upload is used to train a model.

Reporting content

The service lets trainers publish questions and attendees answer them. If content reachable through SkillLens appears unlawful to you, write to contact@liteailabs.com giving the exact address of the page and the reason for the report.

We review every report and remove without delay what has to be removed. We do not generally monitor uploaded content: it belongs to the training organisations that create it, and editorial responsibility for it is theirs.
