Plans and prices

The plans, their limits and their prices are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription. The free plan is not a trial: it does not expire and asks for no card.

The free plan includes the client report (sponsor link and printable report) and an attestation per participant, both carrying the “Made with SkillLens” mark, which every document carries on every plan. Cold follow-up (D+7 / D+30) and the results email to participants are on the paid plans (Pro and above). AI generation depends on the plan's credit allowance.

Prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes applicable in your country; those taxes (VAT in particular) are calculated and added at checkout. An amount in dirhams may be shown for information to a visitor located in Morocco: it is computed from a daily rate, has no contractual value, and is never the amount charged.

We may change our prices. A price change never applies to a subscription in progress: it takes effect at the next renewal, and you are told before that renewal.

Reseller and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders: it collects the payment, issues the invoice, applies the taxes due in your country, and handles customer service inquiries about payments, as well as returns and refunds.

The service itself (access to SkillLens, how it works, your account and your data) is provided by the publisher, Lite AI Labs, under these terms and the terms of use. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase transaction.

Subscribing and paying

Subscriptions are paid online by card, through Paddle. We neither see nor store your card number: it goes straight to Paddle.

The annual subscription can also be paid by bank transfer, on request. It is then invoiced directly by the publisher and starts when the funds actually arrive.

An invoice or receipt is issued for every payment collected: by Paddle for an online payment, by the publisher for a transfer.

A monthly subscription can be paused for 1 to 3 months: the workspace then uses the free plan, its data is kept, and billing restarts automatically on the resume date.

Term and renewal

The monthly subscription runs for one month and renews automatically at each due date until it is cancelled. The annual subscription runs for twelve months.

The annual subscription costs exactly ten times the monthly price: twelve months for ten. That is the only difference between the two cycles; the limits and the features are identical.

A reminder is sent before an annual subscription renews, early enough that continuing or stopping stays a decision.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your workspace, at no cost and without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until then, and nothing is charged afterwards.

Cancelling does not delete your data. Sessions already run stay readable and exportable, and your workspace moves to the free plan with the matching limits.

We may terminate a subscription for a serious breach not remedied after formal notice, or for non-payment. In that case the unused part of the subscription is refunded, except where the termination answers fraudulent use of the service.

Right of withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer and live in the European Union, you have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw without having to give a reason.

Performance of the service begins immediately after subscribing, at your request. You may still exercise your right of withdrawal during that period: we then refund the amount paid, less, where applicable, the part corresponding to the service actually supplied up to your request.

To exercise that right, simply write to us at contact@liteailabs.com. No particular form of words is required.

Refunds outside withdrawal

Outside the right of withdrawal, sums paid are not refunded pro rata for a month or a year already started: cancellation takes effect at the next due date.

We make an exception when the mistake is ours: a double charge, a wrong amount, a plan billed but not delivered. Write to us and we put it right, without you having to insist.

Refunds for online payments are issued by Paddle, to the payment method used. You can ask either Paddle or us; we pass on whatever reaches us.

AI credits

Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Credits reset each cycle and do not carry over from one cycle to the next.

Extra credits can be bought separately. They are not refundable once spent, and remain usable for as long as the subscription is active.

The live run, multiple-choice scoring, the room pulse and the benchmarks consume no AI credits.

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is negotiated. Its scope, its price, the number of trainers and the associated contractual items (single sign-on, export to your LMS, a signed data processing agreement, sub-teams) are set by a written contract which prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

Those items are delivered as part of onboarding rather than switched on from a settings screen. We say so in those words rather than presenting them as features already available.

Liability

We are answerable for the service working as described in the terms of use. Our liability under a subscription is capped at the sums you actually paid over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.

That cap does not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to personal injury, or in any case where the applicable law forbids stipulating it. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you hold under a mandatory law of your country of residence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country of establishment, Morocco.

If you subscribed as a consumer, this clause deprives you of no mandatory protection of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.

Before any proceedings, write to us at contact@liteailabs.com: the vast majority of disagreements are settled in a few messages, and we would rather take that route.
